Esta foto fue un momento fugaz, en el cual me encontraba ya guardando todo mi equipo fotográfico. Cuando vi la luz agarre la cámara con el objetivo que tenia puesto en ese momento, un 70-200 y no tuve tiempo ni de sacar el trípode, hice la foto a pulso

This photo was a very quick moment, which found me putting away my photographic equipment. Seeing the light, I decided to take my camera with the lens I had on, which was a 70-200 and I didn’t have time to set up a tripod so I just shot freehand.

La Pedriza, España
La Pedriza es una sierra baja granítica situada cerca de Madrid, España. Durante los meses de invierno, si tienes la suerte, puedes disfrutar de las nubes bajas y el mar de nubes bailando debajo de ti mientras sale el sol. Usé un ND Grad para reducir el rango dinámico y un ND1.8 para reducir la velocidad de obturación y suavizar las nubes.
The Pedriza Spain.
The Pedriza is a granitic low range located near to Madrid, Spain. During the Winter months, if you are lucky enough, you can enjoy the low clouds and sea of clouds dancing under you as the sun rises. I used a ND Grad to reduce dynamic range and a ND1.8 to reduce shutter speed to smooth out the clouds.

Imagen de un faro
Dos semanas en la carretera, en Australia del Sur y un poco menos de conducción de mi estándar por lo que estoy normalmente acostumbrado en mis viajes, cubriendo sólo 2300 km, pero lo que no hice en kilómetros lo cubrí en horas de playa. Este brillante faro se llama el Faro de West Cape (cabo oeste) y no estoy seguro de si he visto un faro de acero inoxidable antes, ¿has visto tu uno? Recuerdo buscar cosas de interés en la Península de Yorke y me cautivo, era algo que tenía que ver. Esta noche en particular las nubes se veían súper prometedoras, así que aproveché al máximo y me dirigí a un gran lugar con la esperanza de que el cielo se iluminara. Sorprendentemente había un montón de tipos de plantas y flores diferentes, perfectas para usar como primer plano, pero este pequeño arbusto fue el que mas se destacó y gritó a mí, realmente una hoja genial y era tan verde que casi parecía que estaba brillando. Después de una semana de no sacar fotos, definitivamente esa noche llego el momento y rápidamente tuve que recordar cómo usar una cámara… Me encanta el resultado que conseguí.

THE LIGHTHOUSE OF STEEL… STAINLESS STEEL!! 2 weeks on the road in South Australia & quite a small amount of driving by my standard road trip covering just 2300km but what I didn’t do in KMs traveled on this trip I sure made up for in hours spent on the beach. This shinny stunning little lighthouse is called the West Cape Lighthouse & I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen a stainless steel lighthouse before, have you? I remember looking for things of interest on the Yorke Peninsula & this one just screamed out at me as something really cool & something I had to check out. This particular night the clouds were looking super promising so I made the most of it and headed to a great spot in the hope she would light up (the sky that is) not the lighthouse that was a given. There was surprisingly plenty of different types of plants & flowers around here to use as foreground but this one little bush stood out and screamed at me haha it had really cool leaf’s & was so green it almost looked like it was glowing. Well after a week of no bangers she definitely delivered this night and I quickly had to remember how to use a camera… I bloody love how this one turned out.
